The head coach asked for fees ahead of time, even 3 months in advance not just for competition fees but monthly tuition fees also. We didnt attend two competitions due to issues with girls quitting. While on the team she said that she would refund the ones not attend. She then kicked my daughter off the team because of teenage like drama that she, the coach created. I have emails and text to prove. Now she will not refund me the money owed.Desired SettlementI want my 2 competitions fees refunded to me. She can have the monthly tuition.Business Response This complain is fraud. The drama was 90% caused by her daughter [redacted]. Posting nasty things on social media. Extremely disrespectful to the team and coaches. An overall bad attitude. When I went to[redacted] about her behavior she ignored me and did nothing to improve her daughters attitude. I asked [redacted] if she wanted to be there and she said nope and walked out. The team was then disband because of all of the drama her child created. Contract clearly states no refunds. This mother came into our gym on one occasion and blasted one of our coaches and spouted out the F word several times in front of the team. My coaches and the girls on this team know how her daughter and her mother acted. The one competition I pulled them from I told them there was a refund coming. It has not been issued to me at this point. The other one was because of the drama on this team and I told them there would be no refunds. This woman has harassed me and the other coaches and has not listened to anything we have said to improve her daughters behavior. I will be happy to line up witnesses and show our contract information. This mother is immature and thinks her child does not wrong. Worst attitude I have ever seen in a 15 year old. Any parent on this team will testify that we never asked for tuition fees 3 months ahead of time. This mother was always late paying and I would have to constantly text her asking for it. Her complaint is lies and fraudulent. There has never been a refusal of a refund for one of the competitions. No coaches on this team created any drama. Consumer Response As you can tell by her response she is very unprofessional. My daughter is 15yrs old, please take her name out of your response. That is defamation of character. I will not go back and forth. I want the money refunded for no competition due to her cancelling them. This is a business transaction. I can forward emails where the coach reported she would refund these.Final Business Response I too, will not go back and forth with this. The Charlotte competition was cancelled due to one of the members getting sick at the last minute. I have told the WHOLE team that they will be receiving a refund for this competition as soon as it is provided to me. I told the WHOLE team that the last competition fee would not be provided as a refund. So that I can have this entire family out of my life and stop this fraudulent complaint, I will return said competition fee for the one that was cancelled because of drama, not because I was threatened. The other competition fee will be returned to EVERYONE once I have it in hand.
