Be very carefulThey scammed usCarolina Dynamic Realty put us in a urine soaked house with windows open and air fresheners We had it replaced days after moving in because of the stenchThey tried to scam us out of our deposit till I wrote a certified letter with pictures threatening to take them to courtThen they sent a check
They charged me $for landscaping
Crooks! If you rent take pictures before and after or they will scam youRenters beware!
