Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Although a $certificate was given, I do not feel that was an adequate resolution The establishment was filthy and the planning was disorganized I trust that when an establishment is donating their services to a fund raiser that they would uphold their reputation with the highest regard In trying to reach Derek, I felt the run around as opposed to someone in charge telephoning the undersigned or [redacted] apologizing If we were not relentless in trying to speak to someone, I do not know if that would have occurred Yes, [redacted] has been in contact with ***, after some time of trying to reach an answer It is not our fault that we trusted someone who represented themselves as an agent of Farmingdale Gymnastics Academy Besides the fact that these pictures are somewhere OUT there I feel that the certificate can be returned and at least 3/4ths of the cost can be refunded I feel that this would be adequate compensation for this egregious lack of professionalism In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

We are in constant contact with [redacted].  We are trying to retrieve the pictures that were taken by a former employee, who when fired took property of FGA.  Although it is not part of our party package and without the knowledge or consent of FGA management, Derek, the employee who was...

fired, took pictures with [redacted]'s consent and promised to put them on a flash drive. We have been trying to retrieve these pictures for [redacted] with no response from Derek N[redacted], the former employee.  We  have filed legal proceedings to retrieve these pictures for [redacted] as well as other property of FGA.  Although we cannot issue [redacted] a refund because the party did take place and according to the FGA party package everything offered on the party package was fulfilled and [redacted] did say she was satisfied with the party other than getting the pictures from Derek N[redacted].  We did however, give [redacted] a $100.00 gift certificate to use for classes or another party.
