That statement is a total untruth made only because of my Revdex.com complaintWhen I went into the store as per my initial complaint statement there was never any remedy of my issues ever offer verbally or in writing everThe assistant manager told me that the verbiage on the receipt states no refunds only exchanges can be made and when I told him that the receipt is unclear as to the exchange timeframe he told me I was reading the receipt wrong and I was trying to use a loop-hole to my benefit and he then stated that exchanges could only be made within daysI feel that it is unfair that the details of the exchange policy are totally given at the owner/managers discretion especially when that exchange policy that is posted in the store and on the receipt is unclear and I feel I am on the loosing end of the issue because I felt when I went into the store to talk to them they didn't want to remedy the situationI just want a refund for the unused item because it was not clearly stated in print that all exchanged must be made within daysNeither the receipt or the store sign states all sales are final after days
