I am rejecting this response because: as stated in my previous note the shoes purchased were not located on the sales table nor marked as a sale itemAlso when I purchased the item I was not informed by the sale associate who processed my transaction that the item was Final Sale, which cannot be returned under no circumstancesHowever, I was informed the opposite that I had up to days to exchange the wedges (Which she admitted to)So with that being said the sale's associate gave out incorrect store policy for the purchase in question and being that is the issue I should've been given a full store credit rather than halfEspecially seeing that the first day wearing the shoes, one shoe completely fell apart and the other was about to as wellMore importantly, if I was given the proper store policy on my purchase I could've decided if a final sale item was something I wanted to purchase, which I would've opted not tooSeeing that your sale associate is in the wrong, you should do the right thing by abiding by the policy I was told when purchasing the item.
