I spent $and walked out from my session having no idea what I should be doingI found it odd that Carolyn did not weigh me or advise me to take some vitamins supplements as I mentioned I did not take any at the current timeShe did not give me any list of foods or or ways to proceed in helping with my eating problemsI left with only these things from the session ; Not to deprive myself, to add fruit to my lunch and dinner hoping that it would help me not be hungry, to eat sandwiches when I am at work Not to deprive myself? Does that mean I can go out and eat whatever I want whenever I want to? Carolyn gave no indication of how to "not deprive myself "Oh she also told me to make sure I had protein and fat in my diet She did not say when or how much of either itemThe session was very vague and as I said before I left with no idea what I was supposed to be doing.Time is money and I felt frustrated a number of times that she spent lengthy amounts of time giving examples of things that were not necessary I truly regret that I chose Carolyn to help me lose weight and that I spent $ and not getting anything out of itI believe I should be reimbursed! None of my expectations were met and I believe these are expectations that would have been met by any other nutritionist
