I PURCHASE 20 SKEINS OF CARON SIMPLY SOFT TO DO A RED HEART CHALLENGE. THERE WERE 5 DIFFERENT COLORS AND THERE ARE 4 SKEINS OF 4 OF THEM AND 5 SKEINS EVERYONE OF THE SKEINS EITHER HAD KNOTS SNAGS OR WERE SPLICE TOGETHER THROUGH PUT THEM. SOME OF THEM WERE NOTHING BUT A KNOTTED MESS. I HAVE PURCHASE CARON YARNS FOR YEARS AND RARELY HAVE AN ISSUE THIS TIME IS HORFFIC. AFTER NUMEROUS TIMES OF TRYING TO CONTACT THEM THIS IS MY ONLY RECOURSE. SO THAT I WAS ABLE TO INSURE THAT THE DYE LOTS WERE THE SAME... I PURCHASE CARON YARONS NOT ONLY BECAUSE I LOVE THEM BUT BECAUSE THEY KEEP MONEY IN OUR OWN STATE. I NOW AM NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO ENTER THE CHALLENGE AND I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY TO GO REPLACE THE YARN NOR DO I WANT TO HEAR MY HUSBAND CHEW ME OUT BECAUSE OF ALL THE WASTED MONEY. I HAVE ALREADY INVESTED $85.19 INTO THIS DIABOLIC MESS AND CAN'T AFFORD ANY MORE. I WOULD LIKE TO ENCOURAGE THEM TO MAKE THEM SELVES MORE AVAILABLE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS BECAUSE YOU CAN CALL AND IT JUST RINGS OR IF YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET A VOICE MAIL THEY DO NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS AND THEY HAVE NO WHERE TO SEND EMAILSDesired SettlementI WOULD BE HAPPY WITH REPLACEMENT OF THE YARNS. box did not include entire kitkit # XXXXXX bought at hobby lobby in Jan. of 2016.paid $49.99.
