Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:It is not accurateIn her account she is confusing multiple situations and taking words out of contextThe landlord of the property is not aware of the entire situationAfter speaking with other residents of this property it has been concluded that the property manager has a known prejudice against small childrenI have proof stating I follow the rules of the HOAI never claimed to have not recieved these rulesI dont know why she said that I claimed not to have the rulesSomeone in her office is not being truthful, this is not fabricatedMy phone call was at exactly 3:30, it lasted minutesAt which time no record of my call was madeMeaning, no one was aware we were attempting to resolve the issueWe were trying to communicate with someone because we are new to the propertyAt the very least, the person who ticketed the vehicle shouldve been made aware that we were trying to resolve the issueThe property manager couldve communicated with us before towing the vehicle to inform us our request for a 3rd sticker was deniedInstead, no one in her office communicated with each otherOur vehicle was towed due to a lack of communication in her officeThe rules state we csn request a 3rd stickerUnfortunately, we were not properly notified that our request was denied because no one in her office was aware we requested a 3rd sticker
Sincerely,

Ms*** complaint is fabricated and completely false. She has made up a story due to the fact that they failed to read the Rules & Regulations of which they signed on 3/20/(copy attached as well as the Rules & Regulations See Section for commercial vehicle details. They
have already been given two parking spots for their vehicles. This truck was parked in a visitor spot and was ticketed on 4/26/18. Ms*** called my office around 3:on 4/26/and said she wanted to speak to someone about the ticket. She was told to email me at [email protected] as I was out of the office for a meeting. She was not told that the person who ticketed the vehicle was out of the office until Friday. My admin told her she needed to email me about it as I was not in the office & I would look into it. She never said I ticketed her carMy admin was out of the office Friday, and of all my messages there was none from Ms***. Ms*** called me on Sunday 4/28/and began to scream and yell at me about their vehicle which was towed. Her end of the conversation made no sense. I tried to explain to her that my admin was not in on Friday and that there were no messages from her. She called me a liar. When I tried to explain to her that on Monday when my admin was at work I would find out more details. She hung up on me and began to send me text after textFor the record, I did not have any knowledge that the Board of Directors had the vehicle towed on Sunday. I was provided a picture of a truck that was ticketed on 4/which was noted in my emails. I had no knowledge that any vehicles were being towed. I am not on site, I am not the one who tickets vehicles & I am not the one who tows vehicles. All of which I tried to explain to Ms*** and her boyfriend, but they would not listen. They were both extremely rude to me on the phone as well. She claims to have not known about commercial vehicles and claims she never got the Rules & Regulations her & her boyfriend signed for. In speaking with the unit owner he stated they did receive a copy and were aware of the Rules & Regulations. Each unit is given the number of spots based upon deeded parking spaces. They currently have two and had been parking in visitor parking which is not allowed by residents and were there longer than hours. The vehicle was ticketed on 4/and not towed until 4/so they had plenty of time to move the truck.Ms*** never reached out to me on Friday. She did not send an email as she was told to do. She is coming up with all these lies about discrimination of families. I had never spoken to this woman until the morning of 4/28. She is confusing our office with the board president. We tried to explain to her many times that we did not ticket, nor did we tow her vehicle. Her boyfriend then called me on 4/not identifying who he was & told me "You'll regret towing my truck". Now I am in fear of my safety while doing site inspections. We have spoken with the unit owner and he has apologized for his tenant's behavior and accusations. There will be no refund by the Association as they properly ticketed and towed the vehicle. As we were not the ones who ticketed or towed the vehicle we will not reimburse for towing costs. If the vehicle had been towed without being properly ticketed, the Association would reimburse. But by the attached pictures, it is clear that it was properly towed. We are not on-site and our office hours are in our voice mail, which they got when they called Sunday about the vehicle. This is how they got my emergency number. The office hours are at the beginning of the email & the emergency number is after that. They were fully aware of the hours and again had Ms*** emailed me on Friday or even called back on Friday, I would have warned them not to park the truck on the lot.Diane M***Owner

Hello[redacted] has not been extremely dishonest in the series of events.  I am attaching the email chain with regards to this.We received an email from [redacted] during our lunch hour yesterday 8/10/17 at approximately 12:38 p.m.  Our voice mail clearly states & I quoted this in my...

email to [redacted] that the return call the next business day was immediately following the information regarding emergencies. She emailed our office at 12:45 p.m., I responded back to her at 12:58 p.m. before we heard her voice mail & provided her with information.  Someone from her office had called us approximately 2 hours prior and was already given the information, and obviously did not communicate this to her so we provided it to her again via email.  At 1:09 she emailed our office which is included in our email chain and again was unprofessional in respect to the fact that she expects people to be readily available when she calls.  I had already provided her with the information 11 minutes prior so her second email was unnecessary.  Then at 1:33 p.m. she called my personal cell which is our after hours emergency number asking to speak with me about the incident.  I told her it was not appropriate to call an emergency number during business hours when she had our office number and that I had already provided her with the information so there was nothing further to discuss.  I said "Have a nice day, Good bye" and ended the call.I responded to her email at 1:28 p.m. (please see attachment), was not rude just simply stating the facts that they needed to do their due diligence and it was no fault of ours that they waited until the last minute for something. She called our office at approximately 1:45 and spoke with my assistant  who couldn't believe that after [redacted] had already been given the information, would continue to harass our office.  Here is how that conversation went and it is nothing at all as [redacted] has said."Good Afternoon Caron Realty.  [redacted] introduced herself and my assistant said "Yes, how can I help you?.  She asked for my supervisor and my assistant told her that I was the owner of the company.  [redacted] told my assistant I was rude & hung up on her when she called  and my assistant stated that she had called my personal cell number, the emergency number, that [redacted] did not hang up without saying good bye and the number was for emergencies only.  She explained that [redacted] had already given her all the information she needed and insurance information requests are not emergencies.  She also explained our office voice mail recording to her and stated that [redacted] hadn't listened to it so as to understand that calls being returned the following day were for messages left on the emergency number that were non-emergencies messages left at that number.[redacted] asked if there was anyone else in the office she could speak with to file a formal complaint.  My assistant again said "no" and [redacted] again asked if there was someone else there who was a supervisor she could speak with or write a formal complaint letter to.  My assistant again said that I was the owner of the company and there is no one is above her to report to.  [redacted] said she will just go to the Revdex.com and my assistant said "OK, if that's what you want to do".  [redacted] asked for her name and my assistant chose not to provide it which is her right, [redacted] mumbled something along the lines of "Thank you for your time, goodbye" and then hung up.At no time did my assistant every say "go ahead you can do it all day long".  That is an outright lie as I was standing there when the conversation was occurring.  [redacted] was provided the information she needed within 13 minutes of her email so for her to continue to call our office, my cell phone and send us emails was inappropriate to say the least.  [redacted] has misrepresented the entire incident because she failed to listen to our voice mail, read her email and see that she had already been provided the information within 20 minutes of her voice  mail & 13 minutes from her email yet she continued to contact us.I have never had an issue with a mortgage company contacting us for information and [redacted] had already been provided what they needed as quickly as possible.  What [redacted] does not understand is that in any business, people are on the phone, out of the office, etc., so they have voice mail, but when she was notified 13  minutes after her email which was 7 minutes after her initial voice mail, her behavior was inappropriate. If you are in need of anything further, please let me know.Sincerely[redacted], [redacted]
