I ordered a wallet for my husband for Christmas from this website the wallet they sent to me did not close correctly and the words on it were lopsided so I emailed them and they sent me another one promising they would inspect it and make sure the new one they were sending was correct when the new wallet got here it was not what I ordered the words on it were not right so I emailed them saying I wanted a refund instead of issuing me a refund they sent another wallet after I told them no and sent multiple emails asking for a refund which they ignore the only email I received was my new wallet was on its way when I received the third wallet it was also wrong it had the exact same thing that was wrong with the second wallet despite me telling them in each email what was wrong with the wallets in detail so when I emailed that one was also wrong and to not send me another wallet and that I wanted a refund when they gave me a percent and I agreed to the refund percent they told me they were sending me another wallet this is the worst customer service I have ever had I only get 1 email every couple of day and they have no phone I can contact them on

Refund Honestly at this point I want a full refund they told me the only way I would get a full refund is if I sent the wallets back and covered the shipping to Malaysia which infuriated me because it's not just one wallet now like it's suppose to be it's gonna be 4 wallets so I not gonna send them back for the same price I would be getting the refund at there's no point in that I want a full refund because they completely ignore my requests for them and can't get a simple order right
