We simply do not have the restriction, so we won't post it on our site We are sorry you misunderstood There was no mention of your trouble with the helmet Only that you took it off during the ride I cannot continue to comment on this since since none of these accusations make sense And you obviously don't understand my reference to [redacted] I will have to leave your complaint here

She dismounted me first why others lost a chance of having picture on the horse she did that because she knew nobody could have picture while they were on horseThat was what she instructed us at the beginning of ride Carousel owner write “I met the other two riders from that ride directly after and helped them take some pictures.” I wonder why Carousel owner did not ask the lady about how she felt when she heard the guide explained the picture restriction The lady was on a horse next to me and she said “ lets distract the guide then we can take some pictures”I do not know if she said that to be funny or she was seriousIt was a very same lady that complained at end of ride that her ride was shortened not usEverybody was dismounted when we left and that is the time carousel owner came out I guess then she help the lady to have picture standing beside the horse Carousel owner in her pervious email on October write “You can take pictures before mounting, not during the ride or during the instructions” she is now saying in her last statements “When all is going well we offer to take pictures along the trail”We feel regardless who and when and where a picture can be taken, it should have been announced earlier or posted so we know what is going onAll we knew was what guide pronounced at the beginning of the ride Carousel owner coming up with all these instruction which is in her head or as we write back and forth she is making it up, but not recorded anywhereI feel if we ask the guide she even does not all that eitherthat is not the way a business should operate or even should be allowed to operate Carousel horse farm put a different meaning to horse riding when they only let us to have picture standing beside the horse not on itI am not going to keep writing back and forth to her to see how she change her restrictionThis is about business, And business advertisement and what they offer for the money they receive We are not asking to change her policiesWe are not asking anything that is not the right of customer to haveAll we are asking is that she post her restriction on her internet site, so the customer knows what they will be getting for the money they are payingthey can question the restrictions if they hear it different from the guideAfter all we found the carousel horse farm on [redacted] It is very common for all families treasure picture on their vacation, and sure we could not have that [redacted] (social media) is not a place to post business policies if carousel owner does not want to post her restriction on their internet site they can reimburse the fee we pay them that dayI just made a guess when I submitted fee amount to Revdex.comWe do not have the correct amount, because Part of payment was gift card and it was purchased through “ [redacted] ” while ago We leave it to carousel to figure out the amount if she decide not to post her restriction on her internet site People attending these kind of sport on their vacation do not anticipate, on such picture restrictionsCarousel horse riding farm cannot be known as legitimate business Since they refused let people know their rules, policies, restrictions in advance by posting it on their internet site even they do not have it posted anywhere in their business locationCarousel farm knows they might lose customer if they doThey do not want customers know their rules and restriction until everybody is on their horses and ready to go Regards, [redacted]

Our guide would never use the words "at all time" so those are definitely not her exact words She does give you a detailed description of what is expected of each rider and at the end we tell you what you should do in an emergency and that you are to keep your hands on the reins at all
times This means that you cannot take pictures during the ride yourself When all is going well we offer to take pictures along the trail If things are not going as well then we offer to take pictures at the end of the ride just before you dismount There are many "check ins" on our *** with photos taken by the guide both during the ride and after the ride As well as photos taken by riders as they mount at the hitching post and as they dismount at the end of the ride You are welcome to check them out at *** The day you are referring to, one of the four of your riders presented an unusual safety concern, to the point that the guide had to tether the offenders horse and lead him through the remainder of the trail ride The rider was verbally abusive toward the guide at that point We don't know if he misunderstood her directions or if he purposely decided not to follow them but either way he posed a safety concern to all six riders participating by removing his helmet repeatedly, dropping his reins completely on the saddle and putting himself and his horse in different positions along the line while the guide was not looking The guide (who has been here years and has excellent reviews) was attempting to keep the ride as uneventful as possible by using the methods with which she is trained If I,the owner/manager had been made aware of the problem during the ride, that rider would have been taken off their horse, as described under "Reguirements to Ride CHF Horses" at chfmaine.com/guided-horse-trail-rides-maine where it states that, "Failure to follow any of these instructions can result in immediate termination of your ride without a refund".Due to the lack of respect one of your rider's showed toward our guide, she was burdened with safety issues that made it impossible for her to offer picture taking services during the ride At the end of the ride she had to dismount the rider immediately since he could not be trusted to handle his own horse safely This possibly made her forget to offer picture services to you, though it would have been perfectly acceptable for you to remind her at that time and hand her your camera as she held your horse by its lead She would have been happy to oblige.I met the other two riders from that ride directly after and helped them take some pictures They were very upset with the events that took place during the ride We offered them a private ride at some future date to make up for the horrible experience We also helped them take pictures I am sure we could contact them to find out if they thought they could not take pictures along the ride Their only complaint was the behavior of that one man and the awful things he was saying to his horse and to his guide Due to this experience and one other we had this spring, we have developed a new internal policy Any time the guides' feel that an adult rider is repeatedly ignoring the guide's directions, they will call the farm office At that point the owner or other manager will come out in the ATV and assess the situation, providing the rider with additional guidance if necessary or a ride back to the farm on the ATV while the rest of the group continues the ride or we will turn the entire ride around and bring them back to the farm We will no longer allow unacceptable behavior that threatens the safety of our clients In all my years in business I can only think of a handful of times a situation such as this has happened with an adult.One last note, the amount you are looking to have returned is not what you paid for the ride and your initial complaint was very different than this one, it also came early the morning after the ride, not three days later As well as on three review sites the very next day/ So I am not at all sure you remember the entire event completely I am sorry that you had a bad experience here, but sometimes it is up to you to make your life happy, not up to others Simply asking the guide as she began to assist in dismounting would have cleared up any misunderstandings.Failure to follow any of these i

Please add your rejection comments below. Carousel owner through out  her responses to our complaint  explained  many restrictions. example : where and when the pictures can be taken. She now claims “We simply do not have the restriction, so we won't post it on our site”. Carousel owner does not stop her lies and deceptions games and refuses to post their rules and restriction on their web site therefore We feel that Carousel Farm intending to keep unearned money. The inconsistency and  irregularity in Carousel Farm rules and policy deprived us  from receiving and enjoying  the services they provided.  The Guide explained the rules that were contrary to the rules owner explained in her responses to our complaint, and yet none of these rules and policies posted or documented anywhere.  The paper we singed was solely for insurance and liability purposes. We do not know the scope of Revdex.com authority on this issue. As we mentioned  Carousel Farm must not be allowed to keep unearned fee and also should not be allowed to continue to operate their business so loosely and abusively.
