Back in September I left a voicemail that our staff would be gone until October 5, I called her before we left and she said she could not come into pick up her piecesWhen we got back we called people back that had not come into get
their items, and she was not on that listOur phone system had been down and we could not get any incoming callsShe paid for her pieces and she has her pieces since making this complaintShe did not come pick up the pieces when we asked her to come before we were out the officeThis issue is resolved
