The [redacted] Middle School trip to NYC encountered unexpectedly heavy traffic both on the way to and return from New York, as well as un forseen bus breakdown. Both of these occurrences are outside the control of the Carousel Student Tours Inc. Carousel arranged a replacement bus that arrived as soon... as possible. The trip was well chaperoned and the students remained safe while they waited for the replacement bus. All of the students experienced everything on the itinerary with the possible exception of the students on the broken bus who were late for their reservation at the [redacted] ***. The [redacted] , while unable to accommodate the late arrivals, nevertheless, prepared "to go " meals for the students. Our understanding is that all of the students had a fine time and that it was good educational experience.
