Tell us why here...As was explained before in our initial response to *** *** as the mailer disclaimer stated, "if there was a misprinted offer on the mailer, the dealer will be able to give the customer the correct value". Mr Goodrich was given a lengthy explanation about the mailer and was given an actual value for his trade, after which time he willingly agreed to move forward with the transaction at the clearly defined terms

I bought a new Sequoia from Carousel Toyota in Glen Mills, PaIt cost about 40K back in I was just old it won't pass inspection because the frame is rusted out In I had Toyota spray the frame per their suggestion to prevent this from happening Now Toyota states they won't do anything about this Besides this problem the car is in excellent shape and I thought it would last me until I retire I am a senior citizen and can't afford another car This is a safety issue that Toyota should repair Carousel Toyota is now called TEAM Toyota

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: As I stated in my last email. I didn't sign the arbitration agreement (In fact it doesn't even have my first name there it appears it was added and they couldn't put my whole name on the signature line). The $500.00 wheel/tire contract fee is in the right spot on the purchase order, which I was never given or had seen a copy of the purchase order and was done after I purchased the car. However, that price was deliberately placed on the wrong line UNDER DEALER INSTALLED OPTIONS instead of where it was suppose to go so I wouldn't see it, THIS IS FRAUD. I would have noticed if the cost of the wheel/tire warranty was listed in the proper place on the finance contract (under warranties) because that was all done at the time of signing the finance contract and since I was told that the wheel/tire warranty was included with the car extended warranty. I would not have bought the car if the tire warranty was not include for free with the extended car warranty. Additionally, the purchase order does not have the $138.00 document fee listed at all and is not signed by me. Unfortunately, Ms. D[redacted] company picked and choose what they would do to my car, as they etched the windows (not on the purchase order) and did not even install all the options I had ordered (and paid in advance) which were on the purchase order. Plus, Ms. D[redacted] has never answered why the could not take my car back because it was registered in Delaware, this is not a law (again fraud). Ms. D[redacted] has never answered all the issues brought up in this complaint from the beginning and keeps dragging this on. Sure, the check may have been written and is still probably sitting somewhere at the dealership. It is Team Toyota's responsibly to see I receive the check and I have still not received the check, its more than likely the way they chose to do business, saying they are doing something and not doing it or just make the check and throw it in the trash. As I stated before this is probably going to court and I will subpoena all the information because now I believe, now, they have transferred my signature. It's very odd that these signatures & contracts were requested months ago and just now have finally surfaced, giving Team Toyota plenty of time to change things. When I go to court I will ask for a lot more than the $896.00 because of their fraud I will ask for over $75,000.00 and punative damages too
Regards,
[redacted]

The check for $228 was mailed as promised on Monday November 13th.  The purchase does show the customer signature at the very bottom of the form and has already been scanned and presented in this file.

customer purchased a windshield washer nozzle and took it to another repair facility to have it installed. They are saying the part was defective. Toyota Motor Corporation has policies and procedures that we must adhere to, this situation is not a applicable. I do not agree with the request but will give this customer the $18.00 that they are requesting. 01/11/17This letter is in response to your complaint to the Revdex.com (id #[redacted]) regarding your purchase of a 2016 Toyota [redacted] from our dealership on 12/17/2016. As I explained to you the day you were in the store, the mailer that was sent to you and thousands of other people had...

erroneous information on it regarding the trade value estimates. I have attached a letter from the company that did the mailer for us, indicating that they were responsible for the errors. I have also attached a copy of the disclaimer from the mailer that reads, "that in the event of a misprinted trade offer your local participating dealer will be able to give you the correct value". That is exactly what We did the day you were in the dealership. I'm sorry that weeks later, with the benefit of hindsight, you regret that you accepted the terms that were offered to you that day. I will have a check cut and in the mail today.
Thanks and have a great day!

I have tried several times to respond to this compliant thru your portal but nothing happens when I hit "proceed”.I have enclosed in this packet the Buyers Order, Finance/Product contracts, Refund checks and Attorney General Tax Response.[redacted] was not charged $1172.22 for Accessories. He was...

charged $672.22 for accessories and later received a refund of $358.60 (included 6% tax on the items refunded) for the accessories that ultimately did not get installed. We sent him the $228 Tag fee refund when the Delaware Title was processed, but he refused delivery of the check. As of today, we only owe him the $228 and will gladly reissue a new check for that amount. We will mail that check on Monday November 13th, 2017.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: As I stated previously, had Team Toyota notified me BEFORE I drove out to their dealership all set to make a deal, I would have gladly accepted that explanation! In my opinion, there is NO WAY thatthey were unaware of the amount shown on the invitation sent to me and 1) I was the victim of a classic bait-and-switch scheme to defraud their customers and 2) somebody from Toyota had to sign-off on those invitations to be mailed out before they were sent out and they made it sound as if they were trying to clear out year-end inventory, which I'm sure they were trying to do, but instead of it being a win-win, for the Customer and Toyota it was a Lose-Lose for the Customer and a Win-Win for Toyota!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Regards,

I bought a new 2001 Sequoia from Carousel Toyota in Glen Mills, Pa. It cost about 40K back in 2001. I was just old it won't pass inspection because the frame is rusted out. In 2013 I had Toyota spray the frame per their suggestion to prevent this from happening. Now Toyota states they won't do anything about this. Besides this problem the car is in excellent shape and I thought it would last me until I retire. I am a senior citizen and can't afford another car. This is a safety issue that Toyota should repair. Carousel Toyota is now called TEAM Toyota.
