Carp's had been was highly recommended as a good company with which to do business I was given an estimate, they worked with my insurance company on the cost adjustments, had their crews do the work, and communicated with me frequently via email as the work was progressing and in the final billing Their crews were polite, careful in their work, checked with me about my satisfaction, and made sure their work areas were cleaned up at the end of their portion They were careful with the landscaping around my house Very little was disturbed I would recommend Carp's for their work

Carp's did a fantastic job on my roof and new guttersThe price was very fair and the job was done within the promised timeframeI have recommended them to a few people who have inquired about the work they did on my home
We hired Carp's to remove and replace decks for us The end result is beautiful The crew that did the work were friendly and easy to work with They picked up every night before they quit for the day and left everything as neat as could be expected We have had many compliments since the work has been completed
Initially needed shingles and guttersGot lucky and had a large crew available so the work started VERY fastThe decking(wood part of roof) was ~90% going bad/bad which was obvious after taking just a couple steps onto the bare roof after tear offObviously adding to the cost but HAD to be doneThe same day it was replaced and finished because of a large crewThe following week the gutters were done which I needed parts of the fascia to be replaced on all corners because of rot/warping because the house still had original gutters on itIt was done in an efficient quiet manner considering my wife's at home office is upstairs and was working that dayBoth crews did an excellent job of cleanup considering I have a child and stepping on nails was the top thing on my mind
People need to ask about the small things, I had a bizarre gutter going onto my chimney between it and the roof which new gutters wouldn't fitAlso had a power vent with lots of roof vents which you really need one or the other*** was very good at listening to my needs as a customer when other companies just seemed to shrug it offThis is big because with other companies it left the possibility of a huge difference from bid to final costThe guys at Carp's were able to answer any and all questions pertaining to gutters and roof for maintenance and proper upkeep as well as pointers
Feeling like a valued customer over a payday is always a good experiencePeople need to remember when it comes to this kind of work quality is WAY more important than costWill be contacting in the future for sidingThanks again!
I was very pleased with the work Carp's did for me They had to redo entire buildings and did a great job There were issues with the renters in the building that they had to deal with but they worked it all out with them There were a couple of items that needed their attention and they were right on it and got those completed I would definitely use this company again
