I too had the same problem in my second year of use so I just gave up on it. I'm sure there would have been a hardship story in my case too.

I order a car pad and 2 weeks after it was down a seem started to come apart.It was put down on Jan 25th, and the defect appeared in end of Jan. The company was contacted and they said they would send out something to help the seem while we used it and that never happen. They have said on many times that they were sending a new one and a return label will be in the box and nothing has showed up yet. The last time they said they would send tracking info and that has not showed up yet either. On May 12th [redacted] from [redacted] called and was upset that I had filed a complaint, she said that it didn't matter because she didn't belong to the Revdex.com I infromed her she didn't have to belong to have a complaint against her bussiness. She hung up on me but called again within a minute and said that she was going to sue me for filing a fraudlent complaint. I told her the reasons why it was not false, we had been working on them sending a new mat with a label to return the old one since March 21st, than she said she had been on vacation and had also broken her back was in the hospital 3days. So I have our new matt and am satisfied that it will work come next winter. Thank you for contacting them I do belive that it was what got the ball rolling to resolve the issue.
