I am rejecting this response because: the originating contract was Florida but it was returned to Akron. Akron is the location that told me they have a drop box and then turned around and said they don't and that's why the car wasn't checked in till 8:40. They also tried to
tell me that I didn't return it to the right place because it was booked to return to Georgia because the lady in Florida told me it was filled. She told me when we come to get the car in the morning to have her change it to Akron which she did. Budget was only looking at the reservation and not the actual contract which had Akron. They tried two different things (the late return which was actually returned a day early and the wrong location return which was incorrect). After writing a few very nasty emails and proving them wrong, they refunded me most of my over charge. After reading all the consumer reports on them I learned a hard lesson but I was running from a hurricane and had to take what I could get. Thank you for your help
