Review: I was contacted in September, 2014 by Samantha at Carpe Diem...also known as Complete Business Development Center, also have business name of Infinite Business Advisors.I was told that they work with the IRS, the IRS contacted them because I have an EIN number not being used. I should have contacted the IRS before I gave them money, but stupidly didn't. I did contact the IRS and was told they NEVER work with second hand parties. I was able to cancel the EIN. They also could do a report regarding the money I owe to credit cards. This would be used in filing taxes and I could get $10,000.00 written off. I paid this company $1396.00 and they did nothing. I do have a big amount due to credit cards, all due to scams.Apparently my name is all over the place in the scammers world, because I have been contacted numerous times since, and say NO, which I wish I had done to begin with. I also don't answerunknown calls. Usually they hang up within 2 rings.Carpe Diem has since closed down.Desired Settlement: I want the $1396.99 I paid for them do do these services which they did nothing. I mainly spoke with Samantha. I did tell her about the IRS, she said this company would pay me back $396.00, never happpened.And I never received anything regarding the report for me to use in filing me taxes.
