I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. [redacted] said that someone has already been here to repair the problem, but I do not believe it's true. The lawn (both mine and my neighbor's) look exactly the same as they have from the beginning. But that is neither here nor there at this point. She said they would send someone back over next week to further repair the impressions, which will resolve the issue.

Met with the General Manger today and went over the concern and agreed the confusion will be taken care of by the company. Very satisfied with the response and the resolution to the issue.
