Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding with the hospital making the reservation*** was a new employee at the front desk and wasn't aware that the coupon was not a valid "free night" couponWhen I spoke to *** I told him that the
nurse didn't send us the correct coupon and he said that he would call her and I never heard back from himI have explained this to *** wife, *** who was the guest that the reservation was for and told her that we refunded the card today 1/13/because we do not do business in this manner and it was a matter of waiting on a resolution from the hospital

My wife informed me of the hotel's calling about a refundNeither my wife or I have been able to get a return call from *** at Prairie Eye CenterI am happy the with the Hotel at this point and will talk to ***'s suppervisor at our next visit to Prairie Eye Center about ***'s not returning our calls
