Please see the attached requesting wardrobe boxes as well as the original stating over 200+ hanging items for the wardrobe boxes. Due to parking across the street at the first location our movers were unable to load the truck as quickly due to having to cross the street and contend with trafficAnd as stated before the stairs in and out of the building were narrow and awkward making it difficult to to bring items down. They were interrupted several times at the second location requesting that the truck be moved, by the management in that buildingHaving to stop and talk to management each time slows down the unloading processTo move the truck we would have secure any loose items and load any equipment that may be in the way

Because of this we have chosen to discontinue any further communication, and will be handling the situation with the policies that we have in place.
