cancelled. The customer then claimed that she called before the order shipped on 10/3/17 to cancel further shipments and requested a pre-paid label to cover the cost of the return. The customer was called back and she was informed a refund could certainly be granted, however, she would have to return the order at her own expense, and she agreed. Her return was received 10/19 and her refund of $53.29 (less shipping) processed on 10/20. Customer called back on 10/23 and wanted to know why she was only refunded $53.29. We explained the $9.99 shipping was non-refundable. It’s important to us to continue to have an A rating with the Revdex.com.
