Mr& Mrs *** are customers of ours that we supplied cabinets and hardware for their kitchen, laundry and bathroomsAll designs and material lists were reviewed by customer and approvedA deposit was paid, custom cabinets were manufactured,
delivered, installed and the balance paidThe customer made the decision to change the layout of the laundry room, removed the cabinets, installed appliances and shower in a manor in which the cabinet would not fit in the room properlyThey were aware that the cabinets were fabricated specifically for their needsThe product is not refundable or returnableI have contacted a few other customers,remodeling contractors, that may have a need for the cabinets which Mr*** could sell them toThere has been no one interested as of this point in time

There were no changes made to the design of the laundry roomCarpernter's Millwork was the sole company to do any design work for our cabinetsWe requested them to double check the measurements, and they declined expressing their confidence that the measurements are correct
It is unfortunate that carpenter's millwork refuses to take responsibility for this and build a longer lasting customer relationship
