July 29, 2014 I got an estimate for a job from [redacted]. I paid initially 70% up front. He did not come back for a 2 weeks to start the job when after I called several times to find out why he didn't call back he sent me a text message saying he was held up in another job and will come to start the following week. He then came in started the work this went on for a few weeks when he asked for more money down to pay others and supplies, I paid him again. This continued and I paid until I paid him for practically the whole job and he never came back to finish. I called him several times and sent text messages and he promised over and over to come finish and always had an excuse not to come. The last day he promised was Monday October 20th and he didn't show. I called left message and sent text message and not call back.It is the end of October 2014 and he still has not finished the work that I have paid for. My kitchen floor is not finished and my kitchen and living room walls are not complete, holes are still in walls in kitchen. Unable to keep sanitary use of the kitchen do to walls and floors incomplete.Desired SettlementI would like the balance of the kitchen floor $1050.00 which was not started or finished, refunded in full and also partial payment for the walls he did not finish and supplies I have already paid for approximatly $500.
