Actually ** *** check was put in the mail Yesterday on April 5th and returned to him

As of today, April 5, I have not received any money back from Mr. G[redacted]

As [redacted] stated I did agree on Feb 18th to start work on Feb 27th and I did receive a deposit check and a signed contract, as standard practice I waited three business days to deposit his check in case he changed his mind or cancelled after the three day period I deposited his check I believe...

Tues the 23rd and I was all set to start Sat on Thursday my employee informed me that he couldn't work on that Saturday because it was his wife's Birthday and he had plans that he had forgotten about, I also had plans so I couldn't stay there all day either. I sent [redacted] an email explaining my situation and asking him very respectfully and kindly if he minded that instead of Saturday we could just start on Mon and I would still finish by Tuesday as to not delay him or inconvenience him at all even if we had to work later those two days, he basically said no and alluded to the fact that he wanted to be there as if he didn't trust me or something I don't know. So then I went and called 4 or 5 of my guys that work for me to see if they can help or work on Saturday last minute nobody was available I then re emailed [redacted] and said please try to understand I'm doing the best I can to accommodate you but I cant get anyone to work Saturday again he was very  unmalleable and non understanding which in all my 25 years in business I have never not once encountered, so he asked me to send his deposit back I replied no problem as soon as I can. A few days later I got another email saying I didn't show up with his check when was I going to be there or was I going to mail it, I responded that I would most definitely mail it back as soon as possible other than that I don't know what else to say here I'm trying to run a business I deposited his check in my account just like everyone else's and I use my funds to run my business I have also never had to return a deposit check in 25 years so this is a first for me. I wish [redacted] was more understanding so that his job could have been completed on time On Tuesday March 1st. I will take this experience and learn from it from now on.
