Purchase a Harley-Davidson from thiel's Wheels Harley-Davidson in Upper Sandusky Ohio with the Assumption from the salesperson telling me everything was okay couple weeks later took it to a friend who has a dealership to change the oil and check it over come to find out clutch was bad motor Lake wheel bearings bad nuts and bolts loose not the original paint like they told me so long and so far have been trying to reach an agreement with this company since November and it seems though we can't all I'm asking for is my money back from the motorcycle that I purchase nothing else butt it seems like I'm going to have to get an attorney involved unless you or the Attorney General can work things out hate to do that don't want to do that but I will not be purchasing anything from this company and over again thank you have a nice day

the service department deceived me into believing they had performed work on my motorcycle
I took my road king to get the fluids changed on July 2, While they are changing fluids the mechanic informs me of a recall of the main circuit breaker, tells me he has one on the shelf, wont cost me anythingThen points out he thinks my front brake lines look like they need replacedI tell him to go ahead and replace the front brake linesI inform him that my turn signals, horn, nothing electrical is workingthey change fluids and make an appointment for July 9, to change the main breakerI call on Wed, they tell me on the phone that everything is done except the left turn signalShe then ask me if I want them to keep working on it, I ask her how much my bill is, She tells me $ and somethingI told her to stop working on itI go to get my bikeI complain about the bill and suddenly my bill drops almost $ I get on my bike and nothing electrical workswhen I to
I was sold a motorcycle illegally, have loan on
I was sold a road king that the dealership never obtained the title for from the previous owner, by law they wasnt allowed to sell it at all, I have had a loan on for over days I can not get plates cause bmv said thiels nv had this motorcycle in there pocession, I complained about it and they again did another illegal act and gave me a dealers tag to ride on which they should not have cause bike not registered to dealership at all they didnt want to make it right just brush me off till they get took care of but all my paperwork is dated same as bmv my attorney will be contacting them soon

On 1/11/Thiels Wheels picked up my Harley due to a bad battery and to do a 1,mile serviceAfter weeks of not hearing anything, I go over to the new years sale they were having only to find my bike in a storage room without the back right fenderThey claimed to have scratched it by another bike and sent it out to get painted NO ONE called me or asked my permission to ship the part out On Feb 29th, they delivered my bike to me They gave me free heated grips and service for damaging my bike After receiving it, I told the driver the trunk has ripples on it like someone had just painted it then called Nick at Thiels and informed him about the ripples as wellHe claimed they did not paint the trunkIt was not like that before when it left my house(When Employee Nick called and told me in February that they replaced my tail light
