Carpet Cleaning by Raul/Metro Carpet Cleaning

So,This morning I got a microfiber sofa and love seat off of *** for my mom, lightly used but was a little dirty
I got home and put them in my garageI called the guy I normally use for carpet cleaning and he quoted $to clean them and he could do it in a weekThat was more than I was prepared to spend so I passedMoney is tight right now, trying to pay for a wedding and all
I sat down and looked on *** for cleaning services and I found "Carpet Cleaning By Raul." They had an ad for sofa/loveseat set cleaning for $
I called them up and *** answers the phoneWe discussed it and he asked when I wanted the work doneI said as soon as possibleHis response, I can be there in minutesOkay!
*** arrived minutes later as promised, was friendly and quickly started workHe cleaned the sofa&love for $and did an additional recliner chair for $$total, about minutes later everything was clean and smelled freshYou can't beat same day service
I did not see the bad reviews until after the fact, and it's probably better that way
The only reason I did not give them stars is because I was not able to use my Visa card, even though the ad online shows ***/*** acceptanceI had clarified payment method on the phone before he came over so I was prepared with cash so I was not largely put out
I will probably call them again in the future

BAD SERVICE! UNPROFESSIONAL! SHADY COMPANY!!I called and booked an appt to have my carpets cleaned! I was scheduled at 4pm that day, and they called at 3:30 saying they were there. I rushed home and when I got there it was 3:58pm. I caught them leaving my place as I was pulling in!! I called them and they said, sorry we waited too long!! BUT I WAS SCHEDULED AT 4PM!!! I tried to reschedule (even though I was very upset) and the technician said, sorry, find another company!! He was COMPLETELY RUDE! He wouldn't give me a legitimate reason why I couldn't reschedule! It was just BAD service!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE PEOPLE!
