We were contacted through and on line internet service that [redacted] had requested information about a new Air Conditioning SystemOur customer service representative contacted them on his personal mobile to give them the information they had requestedHe gave them a proposal that they accepted and we preformed the workOur Office phone and address are listed on the ProposalNever in any of our conversation or on any of our documentation did we offer Life time serviceThe New System does have a Warranty on Parts and Compressor from the manufactureAfter the installation of the equipment, we were call back out about two weeks later that the system was not cooling right, we dispatched a service technician and he found that they had tried to reprogram the thermostat and had failed to do it correctlyHe reprogrammed it for them and checked the system and found it to be working fineThen on 10/02/we were called out again for a non cooling correctly problemwe again dispatched a service technician and found that the air filter was stopped up and the filter had not been changedHe checked the system again and found no problems with the equipmentThey were told by our customer service representative that this system qualified for a CPS RebateCPS only works with the homeowner, we have no control over the rebate processApplication are available from CPS both by mail and there web siteIt appears that they have contacted CPS but never requested the forms from CPSAgain we have no control over CPSI understand there situation and we made an offer to help replace the CPS rebate with Free Service through our Green Club maintenance ProgramI sorry the they have rejected that offer

I am rejecting this response because: I will start from beginning , we were initially reached by vendor due to we were doing research by internet for good priced quality units.We welcomed vendor to show us the products and prices into our home with a catalogWe decided to hire them for the job.When doing the contract we were told the unit would have life time service due to the quality, I was even given the personal cell of the sales rep to locate him at any time any problem would appear.I was never given any invoice , all I was given was the attachedWhen the team was setting up the unit they kept coming back and forth due to the house was not cooling like it was supposed to.Numerous times we mentioned we were not given the sheet for cps for us to turn in, at all times we were aware we needed to this ourselvesWe kept being ignored and kept hearing they would mail it to us because the one they had in hand was the only one and he could not give it awayLast time a service rep came to the house , he had my parents fill out the form and promised them he would send for them.Basically everyone was giving us different information at all times

On July 21, our Sales Rep *** *** spoke with *** *** about replacing the Air Conditioning System at *** *** *** *** ** *** *** explained that we running a promotion where we offered a new Seer System ($9,420.00) for the Seer Price ($7,169.00)This unit
also qualified for a Manufacturer’s Rebate and Traof $reducing the price of new system to $6,Additionally, the new unit also qualified for a City Public Service RebateI have attached a copy of the Proposal that was signed showing the Reduced Price at $6,500.00. I have also attached a copy of our pricing that we have been using since Jan/25/I was at *** *** *** *** ** *** personally when the installation was completedI have never met *** ***I have dealt only with MrsGonzales who we were told owns the property at that addressAt completion, as we do with all our qualified clients, we left an invoice and also as a courtesy a blank City Public Service Rebate Form that MrsGonzales could use to apply to for the rebateWhen *** *** called later requesting information about the rebate, we assumed that she had already submitted the CPS Rebate form and we explained to *** *** that it normally takes between to weeks for City Public Service to process rebate applicationsWhen *** *** recently called City Public Service and was told that CPS had no record or information of the installation it was not because we failed to do our part, but because apparently *** *** never applied for the rebateThe City Public Service Rebate comes directly from City Public Service*** *** herself must apply to City Public Service to receive the RebateWe could not deduct it from the sales price, and would never have represented that we couldOnly *** *** could request the rebate directly from City Public Service*** *** could request forms by mail or print them from the CPS online SiteIn Summary: The $Trade In was deducted from the sales price up frontAnd the City Public Service Rebate can only come from City Public Service; we have no control over the RebateDesired Settlement: I would like for them to complete the contract as agreed , The cps credit I am suppose to obtain and the $" they gave me " I want some sort of fair resolution , that is all , like I stated , they need to keep the promise I was givenUntil this day the AC unit is already paid of and yet I have not seen anything of what they implied " they did "Thank youIn an effort to help compensate for the City Public Service Rebate we are offering to extend the original two year seasonal maintenance program included with your new system valued at $per year an additional years valued at $

I am rejecting this response because:It seems like the sales representative needs more training when selling units , he needs to not lie to customers and be very direct. At no point of this coming and going to fix the unit we were told any of the problems listed , again when they installed this unit at our house they took almost a whole day " making it work right " we were explained how to set the thermostat and all , so there Is no way we did anything wrong since we followed instructions as directed. We also were aware we were responsible to go to CPS ourselves , the issue here is that we were not given any sort of document to present to CPS. Therefore we are asking for this "promised " credit rebate to take place. Yesterday I was contacted by " [redacted] " - I was told he wanted to talk in person to handle the situation to an agreement , lets see how that goes since I agreed to meet with him on Tuesday April 17, 2018 at approx. 6pm.
