I just had a very positive experience with Carpet Cleaning Group I had some horrible stains on my dining room chairs I brought one chair in to see if they could fix it before I brought in the other chairs Mike of Carpet Cleaning Group said that he would attempt to clean the chair and if he could not get the stains out he would not charge me anything An amazing and very generous offer Luckily they did expert work and got the stains out and now I am brining in the other chairs In addition to Mike who does the actual work -- Vytas in the office keep my apprised of the situation throughout the process Great work and great customer service Highly recommend them

This Carpet business cares only about money, and not customer satisfaction. The company failed to keep their appointment with me and unknowably took the business of my colleague, which made them twice the revenue.
