As stated before I responded to the last message with my number as you start it was incorrect and I still did not get a return callAlso you had my email any still did not respondI went to your location and your parts manager failed to call meI left my phone number thereI emailed your company on the website and left my number thereHow convenient that you have decided to go based on the one incorrect number yet had my number from previous attempts to have your company call me Selective customer service I suppose!

We repaired the heater core on MrSaneifard’s Ford Ranger to his satisfactionThe check engine light came on independent of the heater coreIt is not necessary to replace or remove the ACU valve caps to do the heater core repair.The vehicle was running rough so he brought it back in
and we determined it needed a tune upMrSaneifard declined the repair and later told us he bought the parts and did the tune up himself.*** *** Ford General Manager, called MrSaneifard on four occasions in which MrSaneifard has acknowledged and on the fifth attempt he was able to connect and discuss the situationMrCarney was told that the Ford Ranger is running now and that he will no longer need to bring it in to our service department.ll us why here

Unfortunately there is a discrepancy in the facts in this complaint. We are unable to resolve this complaint at this time.

They charged me $1800 to fix my vehicle but they damaged it more.  They are responsible for the damages and should reimburse me so I can fix my Vehicle.  GM and his crew are making false statements to cover up their mess.  No one should trust Smith and Russell and do any kind of business with them.

We received an internet lead from Mr. [redacted] on December 28th, 2016 through [redacted] concerning the vehicle he was interested in. In our response to his inquiry, the internet sales associated replied that particular vehicle had been sold, but we had similar vehicles in stock including new [redacted]....

The same day the customer called the dealership and spoke to one of our sales consultants, Oile, that stated the particular vehicle was still available. Oile assumed the vehicle was still here because it was still displayed on our website and in our system. He neglected to go physically touch the vehicle to verify the vehicle was here and available to sell, which it was not because it had already been purchased. Our Ford General Manager, Anson J[redacted], talked to the guest an apologized for our lack of communication and the inconvenience. We are sending Mr. [redacted] and his wife a gift certificate to their favorite restaurant to again apologize for the situation. We hope to have an opportunity to serve the [redacted] family in the future.
