This was the worst experience I have ever hadI chose Carpet Clearance warehouse to do my flooring because I was impressed with their work back in This time was awfulIt took them days to complete less than sq feet basementIt was supposed to be a day jobThe first person I dealt with made promises that couldnt be kept, then another kept giving me dates to when the installer would be out to finish the job but never cameThen apparantly they sold my carpet and had to order someThen they werent sent enoughThrough this whole days, the only contact ever made was initiated by me or my husband to find out why no one ever showed upThe one salesman Raul, liked to act like he didnt know everything was going on and that it was the installers faultWhich was a lie because he was the one I always talked toThe only discount I got for this was because I chose not to have my bathroom done so approx $ was returned from original feeNo apology, nothing

One of the worst Customer Service experiences I ever hadI have a Carpet issue, where it is coming apart at the seamsI've been working with a Manager, who has no idea what's going on and keeps telling me things will get taken care of My carpet sample which has been at the Lab for 3mo, still no resolutionAll I ever hear from the Company is the sample is still being tested
I spoke with the Claims people in GA, no claim number was ever given for my issue
I'm beyond frustrated with Carpet Clearance WarehouseAll I want is my money back for horrible product
