Carpet Connection Panama City was hired to do provide tile work, simple subway tile, for the kitchen back splash, two standing showers, and one bathtub Their work was the worst quality we have ever seen The grout was different colors The grout was inconsistent Tiles were uneven and protruding The work was embarrassing We asked the owner to provide a do-over, and he refused He admitted the work was poorly done, but told us to add embelishments to cover his horrific work So, he wanted us to change the entire design to meet his lower standard He said he refused to fix any of the mistakes but admitted it was a horrible job When we hired different tiler to the work, we found that the Carpet Connection tiler had tiled before the the deck mud had dried and he sealed in the moisture The shower had not been used previously, so the moisture was not from water Carpet Connection did a shoddy job The owner is unethical and takes the quick, cheap route He is a liar and dishonest Stay away from Carpet Connection or your home will have significant problems down the road Carpet Connection should be embarrassed of their work
