workWe have emailed her the estimate and to her Insurance company before we removed any carpet or pad and which the insurance paid her for the damages. She wanted to start the work to replace the carpetas soon as possible but we told her not until the insurance company agrees to the termsShe was in connect with *** *** (Owner) whole time through email and text messagesShe knew when we were going to do what and when we are at her propertyI am enclosing all the estimate which were sent to her and her Insurance company and the emails. She owes us the balance and now you tell us what choices do we have; we have paid out of our pocket for labor & materials like all businesses do in trust that in good faith the customer will pay us as agreedWe have been in business for more than years now and been working with the insurance companies it is not the first timeNo Business would do anything to have bad advertisement/or upset client who would threaten to have bad reviews about your business all over media, We have tried in good faith to collect the money but she refused, sent email, certified mail to all of her addresses (Different).*** ***OWNER
