scheduled a service call for 6/10/to repair the chairsOn that day, we called *** twice but no one answered the call,(our store policy is to call the customer hour prior to delivery to verify someone is at home)We did not hear from the case worker or *** again until this complaint was filedThe Chairs are under warranty and can be repaired or replaced at no charge to the customerIf the customer wants different chairs a credit can be offered toward the purchase and can pay only the difference
Today, 6/28/14, I spoke with *** and her home care provider, ***, (not affiliated with ***) and will be in the store this coming week to select new chairs
