Our installer was late that day for personal reasons getting to the job.There was some miscommunication between us and the installer.He arrived at the job late and worked as long as he could without putting the customer out as much as we did
already,they acted appreciative that we showed.He went back on Saturday per there request and finished job to their satisfaction.When we called for payment they wanted money off,they had a balance of $we rounded it off to $and they paidWe also offered a free carpet cleaning which they turned down.They seemed content with the discount,I guess money off makes it better.There will be no further discount,they got a good price and a professional installation.We try always to be prompt and customer satisfaction is number one.They accepted the discount and signed off on the job.Things happen and we strive to make it right We regret and apologize for getting to the job late,dont know how much more we can do to make them happy
