I am rejecting this response because:Regarding your letter dated September 25, 2017, my complaint is NOT directed completely with the flooring installation, but with the floor tile quality itselfThe tiles are defective: the tiles are different colors, they are faded and the actual tile material is so thin that the legs of my kitchen table are leaving imprints (dents) in the tiles.I want a letter from this H*** *** and the tile manufacturer which states my complaint was declinedI was to have received this, but to date, I have notThis promise was made to me by Ahmed
