Carpet Dimensions

Review: I purchased [redacted] carpet from Carpet Dimensions in [redacted] New Jersey in April 2006. I contacted [redacted] by email and they emailed me back that I have to contact the retailer. I went to the store and spoke with [redacted] and he told me what he needed to stat a claim. [redacted] contacted me on March 8, 2014 letting me know that he has started the warranty process. It is now April 8, 2015 and I have heard nothing from Carpet Dimensions. I sent [redacted] an email letting him know that I will be contacting the Revdex.com for this matter on January 11, 2015. He responded back on January 16, 2015 with the following email.Hi Mrs. [redacted], My name is [redacted], and I handle the claims for [redacted] and Carpet Dimensions, I apologize for the delay, rest assured you will be called Monday, after a follow up call to the claims department. Thank you, [redacted] Carpet Dimensions I haven't heard from him. I have all the email correspondence if you need me to forward them.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the carpet and my aggravation for trying to settle this claim for over a year. I have been very patient. I cannot start a claim with [redacted]. The claim can only be started through the retailer. I contacted [redacted] many times and I even went into the store. Once he was on vacation and he would contact me when he gets back. I heard nothing from him. I have all the emails from [redacted] and also from [redacted] if I need to forward them. Thank you.
