As the store manager working along side with District Manger *** *** and Regional Director *** ***, we did everything we could to help Mrs.***As our contract states, we are not liable for aftermarket options she personally chose to modify her car withHer car at the time

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The amount paid is not correct, I purchased the wheels and tires 5/6/15 and the pay off was not until October, well after the 90 day period. My repeated requests for final receipt has not been provided as I paid over the phone $950 dollars to close the deal as it was after 90 days.Ramon accepted my final offer. The response only refers to the over torqueing of the bolts and not my second claim that the incorrect tires with the wrong load capacity were also put on the vehicle which has led to further complications including a blow out on the freeway of which documentation from two other reputable companies have provided me. I had a problem with my brakes which would not warrant a trip to rent a wheel to address for the first incident and the second incident occurred in Mira Mesa, too far to make it to rent a wheel, making the trip to them first impossible. I have entrusted this company to insure the safety of my vehicle with their merchandise. I do not believe that  denied claims to any liability should be afforded to a blanket generic disclaimer of non culpability. You are in the business of putting on after market equipment, and should do so safely to the best of your abilities. these tires are the wrong load capacity which is not the best of you r ability for your consumers safety. I informed the company that I no longer wished to have their services or to risk my safety  with more tires from their company. [redacted] also offered me $900 to buy back the rims and tires, which is admitting liability. This is no where near the cost I have paid for these faulty, dangerous tires which is why I declined. I am not sure what" 20 inch tires were the only ones that could fit at the time" means, except that must be the only merchandise in stock that would fit my vehicle, regardless of proper measurements and safety concerns. I do have documentation from the mechanic stating that the tires were in fact over torqued, and while no, they did not snap as you indicated, they did heat up and cause warping and damage to my brakes and rotors. you are admitting partial liability,  which indicates the responsibility fully for the wrong tire sizes and installation of the tires on my vehicle. I am not requesting a refund for used or worn items, but incorrect and dangerous equipment placed on my vehicle causing damage.  I would like a print out of exact charges I have paid beginning with the $300 paid 5/5/16 and the $97 dollars weekly until the final pay off of $950 paid at the end of October and to be compensated as such. Signing that I am aware of the after market changes does not indicate that any tires can then be placed on my vehicle and incorrectly and you are no longer liable. I have provided documentation from the mechanic to [redacted] and will gather more evidence as to why I am owed the cost I have paid into the faulty tires and incorrect installation as well as repairs incurred due to this fact.
