Review: The company has missed three scheduled appointments. The first appointment took a month to schedule. I took off work to wait for them but they never came.They claim that worker needed to reschedule and that they called an left a voicemail, though I had no voicemail. They confirmed they have the correct number. The rescheduled for a few days later, but called the day of claiming poor weather, though we had not even had enough snow for early dismissal from school. It took another month for them to reschedule my appointment. They gave me a 4 hour window. 5 hours in no one has shown up. NO one has called. And no one is answering the phone there.Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund for the amount I spent on services they have not rendered.
