Very unprofessional and rude. Not all of them but one of the sales persons and general manager in particular.

First, the installer called in sick after I had taken a day off work to meet him. Fine, things happen. But no one called and informed me. When I called to ask where the installer was, a sales person (not the one I bought the carpet from) explained what happened and was not friendly at all about it.

So, installation was a day late AND I missed a day of work.

Then, I gave them approximate measurements and asked them to make two cuts, one 20' and one 11'. Instead, they cut the carpet in 5 pieces and one piece came up 2 inches short. They did allow me to exchange it but I had to drive 45 minutes to exchange it myself while the installer worked on the other rooms.

I did not ask for a discount or any special treatment due to these problems. But I did ask to return a 6' piece that they cut that I ended up not needing. Not only did the general manager refuse but he was very rude about it. I will never spend another penny at this store. Not because of the problems but because of the attitudes and rudeness of these two employees. The carpet is not very good quality either. But that's on me because I looked at it before purchasing it. It looked better on the roll.
