I just purchased a adjustable bed for my mother who has some serious medical issues!
I was having a hard time teaching her how to use the adjustable base, Im not the most tech savvy person
I called my salesperson and explained the situation to him, he turned me over to his customer service manger, who happened to know a lot about the adjustable beds!
He actually met me at my mothers one evening to make sure she knew how to use the bed and show me how to troubleshoot any situations that might arise

I was shopping for furniture for my home theater as well as a new mattress I found the sales people I dealt with to be knowledgeable, and friendly, They helped me with selections options, answered my questions fully, and followed up after the sale to make sure everything was to my satisfaction
The staff is very customer-focused

Great selection, but after looking and coming home and choosing with my family, I noticed they had a sale going on. I called and the sale was the exact picture with price of couch we loved. I called verified price asked shipping cost and brought trailer to bring home the same day. I got to the store and was told there is no way we can sell that piece for that price. I am like, its in your add, I called and verified and was still told no way we can do that. The sales lady did true to do right but the manager said I am not sure who you talked to but we can not do that. Well, I can not purchase from a person who can lie to my face. I would rather pay non sale price. I would NEVER recommend this furniture store and do not be lured in by sales as they are not worth the paper they are printed on.

I am so unhappy with my service while purchasing my new bedroom suit I was told all of the pieces I order were in stock (except the media center) and would be delivered on a Friday 4weeks ago. Which is why I drove an hour and a half to this store on way! On delivery day they called to tell me they couldn\'t find the bed. Well that was not good but I understood that stuff happens. She assured me they would call when it came in the next week and would have it delivered as soon as it came in since we were sleeping on the floor because I sold my bedroom suit bc it was all \"in stock\". Two weeks went by with no word. They finally called yesterday to tell me they had both piece and that the bed has been there for a while and that they would deliver next Friday. I stated that was not acceptable. I have been patiently waiting and paid $200 for deliver I needed that day. They said no. I told them if they were going to make me wait even longer they should refund me my delivery fee. They said no. They have made no effort to try to improve the situation. They have my money and furniture and will only deliver at their convienience. Even though I have been I inconvenienced for weeks. I do not want money I want my stuff when I was told I would get it which was the whole point I went to this store. I told them I would just return it all I did not want to wait any longer they said I can not return it under any circumstances. The few pieces I did receive they did not put them where they went. They set they in the middle of the floor and did not put any of the hardware on them. I had to put 15 handles on myself. Not acceptable! They even told me that it may not come this friday of they didn\'t have a full truck. So mentioned coming to get it they said I could but I would not be refunded the delivery fee and they couldn\'t guarantee that all the parts would be there and that some of these pieces could be busted. I am at a loss. I have tried and tried to work with them and they have dropped the ball many times. If they had put forth any effort to resolve the situation I would not be doing this.

I have honestly never reviewed a company/product before, but our experience was so bad at Knoxville Wholesale Furniture I had to write something in hopes that maybe somebody else wouldn't go through what we have.

My wife and I spent over 4,000 dollars on a dining room table and sectional. The dining room table was going to be delivered the week after, and the sectional takes around 5-6 weeks. No problem. Well, the first issue was that the manufacturer of the dining table had the holes backwards, so when it was delivered, it could not be assembled. The delivery guys had to take it back to their shop to fix that. Then, 2 days later, they delivered that piece back and got the table together, BUT they found an issue with another piece of the table. They at least got it put together this time, but had to take that part back to the shop as well. So finally after coming out three times, we got our dining room table FINALLY put together.

After 6 weeks we did receive a call to have our sectional delivered. However, when it arrived, the manufacturer send our chaise lounge in a different fabric than what we ordered. Needless to say I was livid. The delivery guy said we would be receiving a call from our sales guy. That was on a Friday. I finally had to call KWF on Monday afternoon to initiate a conversation on this! The manager was unforgiving, rude, and offered nothing but to look at it. I received a call from my salesperson about 30 minutes after that said they had ordered the correct chaise lounge, but it would take another 5-6 weeks to get it here! They offered nothing else to help, just said they were sorry. Worst customer service I have EVER seen. I would rather spend twice the money on furniture than to buy from these crooks again. Save yourself a giant headache and shop elsewhere!!

We have purchased several items from this place, first recliner sofa has defect on one of the cushions , they did bring a replacement cushion however the replacement was worse than the original cushion. I had the delivery guy to take the replacement back. I called for a manager and I'm still waiting on a return call. Also the chair/recliner is shorter on one side. They sent a guy to check it out, he took a pic he didn't measure the chair at all. He did say it looked ok to him. I am still waiting on the phone call from the manager on this problem. I have call several times, sent pics I took and the problem still exist! Knoxville Wholesale Furniture has friendly sales people but the quality of the furniture is poor and the Management is worse than that!

I would personally not recommend buying from them if you wish to have your merchandise in a timely manner. They stated it would only take one week to receive my entire purchase. It actually took six weeks and I personally had to call and request information on when this would be delivered. On top of that the Sales Person did not even know I never received it and did not stay on top of my purchase. I had to call after 6 weeks of not receiving my whole sectional for them to just so happen receive it yesterday on the truck? I also did the 90 days same as cash and was just know told that they charge a 12% up charge for this. With that being said I should have read the contract more carefully but waited for 2hours on a contract agent to even speak to me so when he did I was ready to get it over with. He never ONCE mentioned this to me. He also circled the total amount I would pay which is not with the 12% mark up. I am not satisfied and think this is poor Customer Service and also Poor Business. I did get reasonable prices but for the wait and also the inconvenience of $500.00 extra for paying 90 days same as cash this is NOT WORTH IT!!!!! I then called in on the 5th to pay the full amount of 2600 and they tell me it has now went up to almost 3000 because I was two business days late on making a payment even though they denied me of ACH payment and could only use a Credit Card. This is the biggest Rip off of my life. I have now paid roughly 4500 for an original purchase amount of 3300. IT IS NOT SAME AS CASH.

I can not stress enough for other NOT to shop at this store. My husband and I purchased close to 10,000 worth of furniture and set a date over 3 weeks later for it all to be delivered. I was told that I had 2 days of the week to choose from due to those were the only 2 they came out to my area. Picked a Friday and waited, waited, waited.. no call no nothing. So I called and the woman kept telling me I was not due for delivery on that day.. after about 3 minutes she said oh wait I guess they were to come out there but they all left and went home and I don't have another opening for a few more days. After arguing with her they finally stated that they would be out on the next day, Saturday with all my stuff. Well, they showed.. wrong sofa so it had to be reordered. a table missing, the other one damaged and the final straw they told me I did not order something when both my husband and I knew we told [redacted] we wanted the WHOLE SET AND AN EXTRA NIGHTSTAND. The customer service manager basically said if we wanted it , it would be another grand!! NEVER EVER EVER SHOP AT THIS STORE. I had to fight to get my money back as of Friday they kept telling me they don't refund but by Saturday afternoon and me telling them I want to speak with the owner they just finally agreed to give me my money back. I so wanted to speak with the owner and asked many times, but not once.. my guess is he would see this and want to speak to me now.. well too late.. I took my money and went to [redacted]... BEST SERVICE, BEST PLACE TO SHOP AND DO NOT GO TO KNOXVILLE WHOLESALE.. YOU WILL BE SORRY LIKE ME AND SO MANY OTHERS.

Just moved to Knoxville, was suggested we visit, Knoxville Wholesale Furniture. Big selection, awesome prices, we purchased a new dining room. Upon delivery we noticed one of the chairs had some slight damage, we called the manager, he said he would take care of it. Two days later we got a phone call from the delivery team asking if it would be ok to exchange the chair. Excellent customer service!

I don't post my buisness on facebook often, but I ordered furntiure from Knoxville wholesale Furniture on the 3rd of April. I was told it was already ordered I would recieve it in 3 weeks. I called back 6 weeks later because I haven't heard anything from anyone. I was told the couch and chair was there, but would have to wait another 3 weeks on loveseat. I would get free delivery if I would take them. Today I called back because I still haven't heard anything. I asked to speak to manager because it's been 10 weeks and still I have no love seat. He tried to call back saying your loveseat is in. When would you like that delivered. I said you can just keep it I shouldn't have to chase my furniture down. And told him to make sure I didn't get charged for delivery. The salesman said was FREE He said if your not taking the love seat. We are charging for delivery. Customer service means nothing to this company. They lie to the customers. I will never darken the door of this company again. I should have read reviews because I'm not the only person this has happened to. BUY YOUR FURNITURE with a replicable company not liars. I even asked if customer service meant anything to him, and no reply. Except I'm sorry my salesman didn't do what he should have. I will have a talk with him.
