We have purchased several items from this place, first recliner sofa has defect on one of the cushions , they did bring a replacement cushion however the replacement was worse than the original cushionI had the delivery guy to take the replacement backI called for a manager and I'm still waiting on a return callAlso the chair/recliner is shorter on one side They sent a guy to check it out, he took a pic he didn't measure the chair at allHe did say it looked ok to himI am still waiting on the phone call from the manager on this problemI have call several times, sent pics I took and the problem still exist! Knoxville Wholesale Furniture has friendly sales people but the quality of the furniture is poor and the Management is worse than that!
I don't post my buisness on facebook often, but I ordered furntiure from Knoxville wholesale Furniture on the 3rd of AprilI was told it was already ordered I would recieve it in weeksI called back weeks later because I haven't heard anything from anyoneI was told the couch and chair was there, but would have to wait another weeks on loveseatI would get free delivery if I would take themToday I called back because I still haven't heard anythingI asked to speak to manager because it's been weeks and still I have no love seatHe tried to call back saying your loveseat is inWhen would you like that deliveredI said you can just keep it I shouldn't have to chase my furniture downAnd told him to make sure I didn't get charged for deliveryThe salesman said was FREE He said if your not taking the love seatWe are charging for deliveryCustomer service means nothing to this companyThey lie to the customersI will never darken the door of this company againI should have read reviews because I'm not the only person this has happened toBUY YOUR FURNITURE with a replicable company not liarsI even asked if customer service meant anything to him, and no replyExcept I'm sorry my salesman didn't do what he should haveI will have a talk with him
