Good AfternoonThis is an attempt to resolve an issue we are having with our mutual client complaint #*** Our client *** *** *** contacted us in regards to a broken television plate stand This is the stand / plate that holds up the television on a dresser or table in the
event you do not plan to mount the television on the wall The television its self is fine.*** *** contacted Diana in regards to this matter on 7/**/ We sent *** *** a claim form and statement on how to proceed in order to file a claim We have left her a couple of messages to make sure that she has received the email and we have not heard back from *** *** In writing (please see attached email sent) and we verbally asked that she send us the info pertaining to the television such as make/model and serial # so that we can attempt to reimburse her, based on her contract terms and/or purchase a replacement television plate (claims department would determine on the handling of the claim) She has failed to provide us with any of the required information in writing as requested, which she would've had to submit ti us in her claim form The claims department has yet to receive the claim form sent to *** *** on 7/**/via email.Incidents occur during moves and we try our best to make sure that we handle the items as carefully as possible to avoid damages However, in the case a damage occurred, we tried our best to communicate verbally and in writing to resolve this matter, no response from client It makes it difficult to proceed with a claim if the claims department does not receive required information to resolve the claim If she would like to proceed to file a claim, we are more than happy to assist Our telephone number, if you need to reach us ** *** We thank you in advance for assistance in helping us resolve this matter.Sincerely,Diana
