We were performing the alignment and ran into difficulty and delayWe had performed the rear toe adjustment however the front still needed adjusting. Some of these adjusting parts were siezedOur torch we use to help free up these parts was inop that day and fixed a couple days laterCustomer
opted not to wait the additional time and leftAlso opted not to return for us to completeCustomer then proceeded to bash us online with untruths so my willingness to negotiate isnt great.A complete alignment is $Since we did half of it I will offer to either re-align for free (unless additional parts need replaced-then it will be parts & labor additional), or a $refundThats it.Bear in mind customer bought tires from us and that a vehicle out of alignment will void any and all tire warranty..its really best to re-align and we would be Happy to!Perhaps if the customer can dropoff so it can be done properly given the seized parts we need to free upAgain, Somtimes these adjusting parts will not free up and need to be replaced AT ADDITIONAL COST so bear that in mind as well

opted not to wait the additional time and left. Also opted not to return for us to complete. Customer then proceeded to bash us online with untruths so my willingness to negotiate isnt great.A complete alignment is $79.99. Since we did half of it I will offer to either re-align for free (unless additional parts need replaced-then it will be parts & labor additional), or a $40 refund. Thats it.Bear in mind customer bought tires from us and that a vehicle out of alignment will void any and all tire warranty..its really best to re-align and we would be Happy to!Perhaps if the customer can dropoff so it can be done properly given the seized parts we need to free up. Again, Somtimes these adjusting parts will not free up and need to be replaced AT ADDITIONAL COST so bear that in mind as well.
