[redacted] ** When a customer comes into Carpet One Commercial Flooring, we strive to take care of them the best that is possible from the beginning of the project and beyond completion Unfortunately there were issues with this installation at the start due to the sub-contractor that we assigned to the job When this was discovered, we were upfront with the customer and did everything we could do keep the job moving forward without any time delays.In regards to the transitions, we have been out to this home multiple times to fix them Including being there in the past days We have also been out to the home to fix any other issues that have arisen At one point the customer was told that if they have questions about care & maintenance of the carpet and tile installed, we would come out to the home and review it in homeThe warranty that is shown on TV, promoted in the store is our Beautiful Guarantee This warranty ensures that if the customer does not like the carpet that they purchased, they have a fixed number of days to contact the store to say it is not right and we replace the carpet – No Questions Asked The fixed number of days is based on 15,30,60,90,days per style of carpet The carpet that was installed is a carpet that is made by an upper end carpet manufacture and when the customer stated she was having issues yet this spring, we contacted the manufacture to have an independent inspector to evaluate the carpet In his report he stated that there are no defects to the carpetAs construction/remodels happen in the home there is always excess dirt and debris that is found, even after the sub-contractor has left We encourage our sub-contractors to pick up after themselves and even share with our customers that they may have some residual debris in their home, that is never intentional We never want any of our customers to feel that they are being taken advantage of or being ignored If that is how the customer felt, we deeply apologize This is never how we want to come across Our customers are our neighbors and friends We strive to create lasting relationships
