Thank you for being reliable. The windows and carpets look fantastic! Very thorough cleaners. Great housekeepers and very dependable. Nice people and super cleaners! My house always looks great when they are done! This company always accommodates my needs for scheduling.

l am very disappointed in the job they did. The carpet was not stretched properly leaving bubbles in some spots. He charges a high price for a job that is crap. He charges a gas fee for coming to a resident. l would not have them come back...

bracelet we informed her that our technicians have been with us for many years, done thousands of jobsWe feel if there was an issue it would have arose beforeWe informed ** *** that if she felt that our technicians truly took something from her home that she is more than happy to file a police report and that our technicians are more than willing to submit to a polygraph testOur technicians try their best to remove spots and bad areas and our equipment is state of the art steam cleaning which is a generic term in the industry and is actually a hot water and chemical extractionWe regret our customer's dissatisfaction and have tried our bestAny further questions or concerns please feel free to contact us

In response to the second reply of this complaint, our position has not changed. We followed procedures and applied chemicals standard to the industry and did our best. I have had a family medical emergency so I was unable to write until now. Mr. Miller stated he offered to reclean the carpets. This is untrue. He offered to send me coupons. I wanted the technichians to address the problems when they were still here, but was told he had already done the cleaning the best it could be done and there was nothing else that could be accomplished. He was in a big hurry to leave. I can only surmise this was because of the missing bracelet. I certainly would not permit them back in my home. I tried to make a police report at the [redacted] but the officer told me it would be fruitless. The report would just be buried and it would have no consequences for the business or their technichians. They would NOT pursue the matter over something so inconsequential as a bracelet. He chided me for allowing "just anybody in my home".Desired Outcome:The only resolution to this matter is reimbursement of $74. I have already cleaned the spots myself. It took time and effort. The right thing to do is refund the $74 out of the $166 I paid for the carpet cleaning. This is a fair and reasonable request.

In reference to the job done for Ms [redacted] we are saddened by her dissatisfaction. This job was completed 6 months ago on march 7, 2015. Please see our invoice at the bottom that we do have our customers inspect all work completed and Ms [redacted] was extremely happy and signed of her complete...

In regards to the repairs her carpeting was an older carpeting with excessive wear and tear and it was explained prior to the repair that there would be a grave color difference in the patch and plugs because the carpeting given to us to do the repairs was brand new. In reference to the cleaning it was explained prior to any cleaning that because of the conditioning of her carpeting we would do the best we could. It was never expressed that we have miracle chemicals that no one else has and that the carpeting would stay clean for 3 years. Our technicians did the best they could given their certifications and training. As we all know and common sense tells us all carpets and traffic on them are different and that no cleaning company can guarantee it to stay clean, we can only prolong the length of cleanliness by applying a sealant to protect it. At this time we have recently spoken through numerous emails to Ms [redacted] in reference to this cleaning from 6 months ago and have offered her a 5100.00 refund as a courtesy. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I will expect to receive the $100.00 refund from the company as stated in their response. I am accepting this offer but I am NOT at all happy. I hope that the $149.00 they are keeping is worth the bad will they have created in this situation. The money paid to them for their services was like flushing money down the toilet. Now I have to pay someone else to redo the repairs done by them and have the carpet cleaned again. But, it is OK. I will enjoy telling everyone I know about this company and it's president who unlike his ad says, DOES NOT guarantee 100% satisfaction to his client. Shame, Shame, Shame on him! I greatly appreciate the assistance of the Revdex.com in this matter. It's too bad that Carpet Restoration Plus doesn't do business in the same manner as the Revdex.com.
