Revdex.com:well I hope they take me to court get it out in the open what matters what I give for the food and it has yellow tags on it as long as it is with in the date it is all good as long as it is froze and lowes done a buy out because of them being rude to them as well as lie to them and like I said be-for and I will say it again I called and they new it was bad again I can see I am wasting Revdex.com time to push it Thur them any more all so to say a old worker that work for them I talk to the other day said to me that is the way the deal with people and treat them I am glad they broke all ties with me over this and why I am not satisfied over this it is there fault they do bad work not mine and they owe me point blank I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted]

This letter is in response to the claim made by Mr [redacted] of [redacted] ***ID [redacted] We were originally dispatched a call from Lowes Service Advantage, we are one of their many authorized service providers, on June 01, and the first visit was scheduled on June 03, The technician called Mr [redacted] on June 03, to set up the actual time of the appointment and the technician was then told by Mr [redacted] that he would not be home but that his son was at home and he would let himThe son was at home, let the technician in, and was there the entire time the technician was in Mr [redacted] 's homeThe technician did not just walk into Mr [redacted] 's homeThe repair was completed, see attachmentsWe have not heard from Mr [redacted] until September 10, and that was because no one had showed up at his homeLowes Service Advantage had dispatched a call on September 6, and had scheduled the call for September 10, We were closed September 7, for Labor Day and the Administrative Assistant was out of the office on September 08, due to an illnessThe dispatch expiredExpired or canceled dispatches do not show up on schedule of jobsWhen Mr [redacted] called in he was very belligerent and said he was calling Lowes Service Advantage because we did not have him on our schedule nor were we able to accommodate him and squeeze another call in on September 10, A Lowes Service Advantage representative called and at that time they were informed how the call was lost and that we were not going out to this customer's home due to his belligerent mannerMr [redacted] called again on September 11, to set up service callHe did not identify himself and was taken like every call isHe demanded that the technician have a control board for his Frigidaire freezer, when asked for his model number he went ballistic and started yelling that Techtronics should have all that information, at the time the lady from next door was standing in the doorway and could hear the man yelling thru the phoneMr [redacted] was informed that we were not going to be talked to that way and was hung up onMr [redacted] proceeded to call back and continue to yell and demand thingsThen Mr [redacted] and Ms [redacted] called plus times, from two different numbers, in a minute time frame until the Administrative Assistant called the Marietta Police Department to see what her rights wereAfter Mr [redacted] and Ms [redacted] were informed what the police department had to say they stopped calling and we have not heard from them sinceTechtronics warranty is for days from time of completion for the service call and laborFrigidaire/Electrolux gives a day part warrantyLowes Service Advantage has a day parts and labor warrantyFrom the attachments and dates on dispatches and completed claims none of these warranties appliesFurthermore there has been no conversations with Mr [redacted] about not wanting to do the repair because we do not want to be financially responsible for his lossWe are severing all business association with Mr [redacted] and Ms [redacted] If anything else is needed please feel free to contact me at the above referenced contact information

Techtronics did a faulty repair, then lied about calling me to cancel a return visit. [redacted] came had to come fix the dryer and Techtronics cause a delay in the repair. The dryer had been incorrectly reassembled by techtronics, all the [redacted] repairman did was reassemblr iy correctly. Very poor service1

Techtronics warranty is for 30 days from time of completion for the service call and labor. Frigidaire/Electrolux gives a 90 day part warranty. Lowes Service Advantage has a 90 day parts and labor warranty. From the attachments and dates on dispatches and completed claims none of these warranties applies. Furthermore there has been no conversations with Mr. [redacted] about not wanting to do the repair because we do not want to be financially responsible for his loss. We are severing all business association with Mr. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted].
