I would not recommend this place to my worst enemyWe have had nothing but problems, months after paying our bill and scheduling our services we are still waiting for the work to be completedThe workers have damaged more than they have repairedThey are unable to keep appointment's, leaving us waiting hours wondering if they are showing upWhen the installers come it is late, they stay only a couple of hours and leave making more appointment's for us to waitIF and when they show up they spend more time arguing on the phone with the store about what they are supposed to do than workingThey ordered they wrong product the fist timeThen they showed up ans said the sales man was wrong about the prep and refused to install our floorOnce the floor was installed it is uneven with lumps and hillsOur walls were left a mess with product all over, the trim is half installed, paint on our walls is chipped and damaged, our refrigerator is damaged from the installers movingOur front lawn was damaged from the flooring being left in the hot sun for hours leaving a very large square of brown dead grassTrim was cut in our flower beds with the shavings and extra pieces left all over the flowers, side walk, and yardI sit here right now with my home a messWe were told by the owners the sales person Matt is a problem, he often messes up jobs, and sells services the store does not even providehe is still employedWe were told these are all isolated situations however our friends had the exact same experienceRude sales people, inability to keep appointments, damage to our home, lack of communication between sales and installation, and poor knowledge of products and services

In regards to the complaint lodged by *** ***, this is a manufacturer issue. The primary backing is separating from the secondary at the seam. The claim has been submitted with the manufacturer. I do apologize for the delay as this process
does take some time. I will follow up with my mill representative tomorrow (Tues., Dec2nd) as he is due in to my store. We have and will continue to maintain an A+ rating with the Revdex.com by honoring manufacturer and installation warranties
