I stand corrected, the original agreement for the vinyl, was for the floor and the treads, and the back of the stairs (risers) I would not suggest nor would I recommend that walls be covered by LVT I assumed that the installer and Mr [redacted] decided to do the wallsThe installer may have led Mr [redacted] to believe that the walls could be covered I was not consulted When it came to my attention that a decision to cover the walls was made, it was obvious that there would not be enough material Obviously, I never planned for the walls to be covered; otherwise I would have told the decorator to order more material I contacted the interior decorator, who ordered more material After it became apparent, that covering the walls was not going as planned, as a gesture and a favor to the decorator, I offered to pay for the additional material. As an accommodation to Mr***, and prior to the realization that the was damage to a room of carpet, I offered to forego payment for any vinyl work, which amounted to about half of the total cost of the project The money Mr [redacted] did not have to pay for any of the vinyl work, could have been put toward cleaning up the vinyl project He opted not too I remain agreeable to repairing the carpet

Caret land has been unresponsive, and has not made the same offers in the response to Revdex.com to me. In several emails he agreed I should not have to pay for anything but the carpet done, He only asked for payment one time at which point I advised him I will pay when the job is complete. To say I am satisfied with anything but 2 rooms of the install is incorrect.
I will review the offer and discuss, but I have spent hours working with others to find a solution for the damage and unsafe environment I now have from the vinyl not adhering.

I stand corrected, the original agreement for the vinyl, was for the floor and the treads, and the back of the stairs (risers).   I would not suggest nor would I recommend that walls be covered by LVT.  I assumed that the installer and Mr. [redacted] decided to do the walls. The installer may have led Mr. [redacted] to believe that the walls could be covered.  I was not consulted.   When it came to my attention that a decision  to cover the walls was made, it was obvious that there would not be enough material.  Obviously, I never planned for the walls to be covered; otherwise I would have told the decorator to order more material.  I contacted the interior decorator, who ordered more material.  After it became apparent, that covering the walls was not going as planned, as a gesture and a favor to the decorator,  I offered to pay for the additional material. As an accommodation to Mr. [redacted], and prior to the realization that the was damage to a room of carpet, I offered to forego payment for any vinyl work, which amounted to about half of the total cost of the project.  The money Mr. [redacted] did not have to pay for any of the vinyl work, could have been put toward cleaning up the vinyl project.  He opted not too.  I remain agreeable to repairing the carpet.
