I am rejecting this response because:
In response about our rain gutter it works fine, the end cap was loose and tightenedDamage to the patio are not just under the gutter areaPictures will tell that storyThe rain came after the crew left, time don't matter when you were calledday or days what matters is you're the professional who didn't cover your workIt had to be raining on you because you left and it started raining minutes laterYou had to know, you just left an uncovered job!? When crew fixed the step they redid it, they did not repair itI told you we needed the same thing done in the other damaged areas, you said "No" so that's when I told you to leaveYou said I'm strange for thatWE paid for a new patio!! Also about the flower pot...Ridiculous!! We have pictures that show spilled cement, multiple colors of cement and multiple washed away areasEvery picture tells a story!!!

8-2-15Dear [redacted],On this dispute we have 2 different opinion I believe was the gutter He believes was the rain.If it way the rain it would ruin the hole strip not only spots. However I believe the customer is always right.  I will remove that section and replace like I did the step area.  So we can solve this dispute in a friendly way there will be no hard filling on my part.  PS Wen we left his property was suny wether.  That was we didn't cover - no one expected that rain.  He would have called me 15 minutes later like he said I would go back and fix it.  Tell Mr. Gary to call me and we can discuss this in a friendly way in 2 or 3 weeks.  I take care Thank you, A. Review: I bought and scheduled the installation of the carpet a month and a half out. The installers were scheduled to come on Saturday, August 30th. On Friday night, we received a call stating they would be at our house at 11:00 on Saturday morning. We paid extra to have our furniture moved. The installers said we needed to put our bedding and pillows in the bathrooms as they are not to move those items. On Saturday at 11:00, the installers called and said they are on another job and would need to reschedule for the following day. I told them we scheduled almost 2 months out, and we needed them there on Saturday. All our bedding was in the bathrooms, and we weren't able to take showers since Friday Morning. I asked for compensation for the inconvenience, and was told they would give a $400 refund. On Sunday, the installers showed up at 9:30 and complained about moving the furniture we paid extra for. My husband and I dissasembled the beds and helped them move all the furniture. The installers cut the carpet in the street and walked in their shoes all over the carpet that was laying in the street. They refused to pull the padding up in any of the closets. We paid for new padding for the entire area, but the installers put the new carpet over the old padding in all closets (5 closets total). The installers used the bathroom and urinated all over our pillows and bedding, leaving the toilet seat up. When the installers left, we asked if we could have the remaining carpet we paid for and padding, and they said no, rolled it up, put it in their truck and drove away. When we told the Salesman about the incident, he said he never promised us a $400 refund for the inconvenience. The only thing they offered was to have the installers come back, rip out the carpet in the closets and re-install the new padding we paid for. The damage was already done, and we couldn't have them coming back to the house, ripping our new carpet and installing the padding we originally paid for. The installers left water bottles in our front yard, staples on our door step, spit all over our walkways and refused us the rest of the carpet we paid for. Eventually, we were given the $400 for the inconvenience, but that was only because of the inconvenience for rescheduling.Desired Settlement: Refund for the carpet and padding that we paid for that the installers left with. We paid for all of the product, but received partial product.

Refund for all the pillows that we bought that we had to replace.

Refund for the padding that should have been put in all the closets.
