even called the processing center and bank to verify everything had gone through for this customer.  We did have to reschedule her install because our installer had a health emergency .  Then when we did try to preform the install the customers did not agree with the process, they told us then that they didn't want us to preform the install.  The store was called and a credit for the full amount was the agreement and that is what we gave them.
